Cashew friction dust derived from CNSL — a planned additive for automotive and industrial brake and clutch components.
Friction dust (also known as CNSL friction particle, CNSL-based friction material or cashew friction dust) is an additive used in the manufacture of friction materials.
It modifies the friction and wear properties of brake linings and is used across automotive and industrial applications including brake linings, disc brake pads, railway brake blocks and clutch facings.
